Braukaiser Wiki is down

It looks like I need to spend some time updating the Wiki engine used for Braukaiser.com. There is a bug that must have been exposed by environment changes my hosting provider did.

  1. Good to hear, I was worried you got hacked. Just getting into brewing so your website was extremely useful.

Question: I saw that you posted on your twitter that you left your wort to ferment in the pot you boiled in. If I have a surplus of stainless steel pots could I do this too? Are there any downsides apart from not having the kettle free to be used?

    Thanks for any replies!

Best of luck on the update.

  2. It’s good to see you’re still alive and kicking. I haven’t seen any posts from you lately and when I went to your wiki to read about decoction mashing (for the 4th or 5th time) the page was acting strange. Brewing a Maibock for the first time tomorrow, hope I get it right, Prost!

  3. Thank you very much for the wealth of information. Hopefully the update will not be unduly difficult. Your site has been a primary reference among internet resources and I hope to be able to enjoy it again soon.

Meanwhile, prosit! Many thanks for your work.
